The DuKane Chapter of ABATE provides education, resources, and political representation for motorcycle riders in DuPage and Kane Counties to enjoy their freedoms, rights, safety, and the legacy of motorcycling for our future generations. We get involved with the community in several ways:
- Advocate for motorcycling, dirt bike riding, and ATV riding to be preserved for generations to come
- Educate the community about motorcycle safety and awareness
- Provide representation, working with state and local legislators in DuPage and Kane Counties to protect your rights as a motorcyclist
- Combat discrimination and profiling of motorcyclists
We are a chapter of the ABATE of Illinois statewide, and we are the largest ABATE chapter in the Northeast region of Illinois.
We visit approximately 100 schools’ Driver Education programs to teach the students about motorcycle awareness, how to drive alongside a motorcyclist, etc. We strive to educate and work with our local lawmakers and we support those that support us.
